• Managing and supervising electrical works and projects on over 9 Residential Villas and Chalets in Al Khayran Area • Communicated with industrial equipment installers and suppliers • Liaised with company executives and project managers to acquire resources to move projects forward. • Reviewed AutoCAD drawings and technical diagrams of proposed power designs for viability and compliance.

• Co-leading team of 30+ supervisors, technicians and helpers and coordinating timesheets and activities of the maintenance department • Supervising electrical, electronic, mechanical and civil maintenance works for Oula Fuel Stations • Reviewing bids, conducting negotiations and administering award of contracts and contract amendments and provision of feedback to bidders • Supervision of Oula petrol stations renovations • Managing and supervising Oula car-wash electrical works installation projects.

• Electrical power systems design for commercial and government buildings Preparation of tender, shop and as-built drawings (Power, Lighting, IT, Cable Routing, Security and Fire alarm layouts). • Preparation of Lighting Design using DIALux software and producing lighting distribution based on LUX levels. • Collaborated with clients, architects, engineers, contractors and sub-consultants on projects with budgets up to $10 Million.
