Organizing & executing procurement and technical activities for materials, services, and contracts in order to provide effective & sufficient services to meet the needs of the project & the departmental sourcing needs and managing the process as a whole (Procurement-to-Pay) Preparing packages, identifying potential suppliers, conducting technical analysis, sending RFQs, performing technical evaluation, negotiation, following up till the last step of receiving the invoices and closing the related documents

Following up with the authorities to get the approvals needed for the project, replying for the RFIs from the contractor side, having a regular site visit, arrange meetings with clients to submit designs proposals for review and approval and/or collect design requirements for new constructions, alterations or repairs, Daily progress reports.

Develop and implement an urban housing and community upgrade integrated rehabilitation project and Produce technical assessment as well as BOQs for all building projects, rehabilitation, and housing unit works.

• Following-up and daily progress report for the construction sites. • Architectural Designs proposals for Villas, Apartments. • Meeting up with the clients for coordination. • Drafting architectural drawings and details for the project. • Following-up with the authorities.
