Mechanical engineer, have Extensive Project Controls experience (23 years) including initiation/ updating in-house cost estimating database/ guidelines/ procedures, cost estimation (Pre-concept, Concept, FEED and Detailed Engineering), value engineering, CAPEX cost optimization, cost risk analysis and contingency determination, Cost estimate benchmarking, cost estimate reconciliation, Business Planning (5 years BP and long-term business plan (up to 30 years down the road)),

− Supporting project team with cost estimating services during all engineering stages: o Pre-Concept: order of magnitude cost estimate with accuracy +/-40%. o Conceptual Engineering: conceptual cost estimate with accuracy +/-30%. o FEED: reviewing end of FEED cost estimate (+/-15%) developed by engineering consultant. o Detailed Engineering: reviewing end of D. Engineering Cost Estimate (+/-10%) developed by engineering consultant.

Cost Estimation: − Supervision of cost estimation process for all cost estimation levels . − Preparation of financial analysis models (financial analysis modular) . Proposals: − Arranging proposal meeting with all discipline to clarify proposal scope of work. − Review and evaluate the scope of work / mhr’s estimate received from the disciplines to make sure that all are in line with the ITB requirement. − Participation in the preparation of the proposal execution plane / proposal schedule.

− Prepare equipment list and MTO’s (Mechanical / Electrical / Instrumentation and telecom) works from project drawings / technical specifications and datasheets. − Cost estimate for the major equipment based on the drawings / technical data / specifications and the recently received budgetary quotations / in-house cost databank. − Preparation of the budgetary quotation request for various types of oil and gas major equipment and bulk

− Cost studies, cost estimate and control for various types of petroleum projects. − Initiates cost data base systems using various types of database engines such as access, oracle, etc. − Planning of various types of engineering, procurement and construction projects. − Supporting project management with project schedule, progress report.

Execute and supervise maintenance and repair activities, including complete equipment overhaul, spare parts testing for various types of mechanical equipment such as reciprocating / screw air & gas compressors, blowers, Diesel engine driven generators and soil movement mechanical equipment.

Industrial, Mechanical, and Production Engineers primarily design and construct large-scale industrial and mechanical processing plants and facilities. It also include planing and coordination and manufacturing activities.
