Being promoted to this role has been a vast achievement in my career. As more responsibilities have incurred and the pressure has increased, I can say this is just the beginning of my career and as head of retail deployment, main duties involve executing the right team after meeting with the client to ensure after the sales process the client receives exceptional customer service and smooth implementation, from the best resources currently held in our team.

As Strategic Program Manager I have been working with different business owners and product managers across the organization to define the strategy, requirements, and timelines for launching new products. My position involves regular communication with executive teams on roadmaps, program updates, risks, and change management.
