Working at the front desk, and ensuring that the winery's tours and tastings exceed the guests' expectations, my position included managing calls and emails regarding reservations across HALL, WALT, and BACA brands and locations. Skills included familiarity with Salesforce, CellarPass, Magento, Revel, Mitel, and Ship Compliant to review customer relationships and status with wine and club sales.

As a variable hour Tasting Room Support Associate at Silver Oak, I performed a diverse range of responsibilities to ensure smooth and efficient operations. This role demanded strong customer service skills, real-time decision-making, professionalism, and organizational abilities. My daily duties included maintaining glassware, resetting tables, providing guest service, and upholding a clean and organized retail space.

In this role, I welcomed guests and provided support to ensure a positive dining experience, including serving and clearing dishes, refilling water, and delivering excellent customer service. Additional responsibilities included maintaining a clean restaurant, polishing glassware, and supporting the rest of the front-of-house team as needed.

Working as a Ski Technician during winter seasons included fixing damaged equipment, waxing, and tuning all equipment brought in. A unique aspect of this job was the occasional "swap meet", where all were welcome to bring equipment to sell; we had to compromise on pricing and presentation between the business and the individuals.
