At Wiingy, a global online tutoring marketplace, I implemented responsive design improvements for a consistent cross-device experience, built a lightweight design system with reusable styles and tokens to improve UI consistency, and created marketing visuals for web and social channels to enhance brand visibility and engagement

At IQnext, I designed new features and data visualizations for the web application, improving usability for operational users. I mapped and prototyped alarm response workflows for operators, reducing response delays and improving operational efficiency. I also led the website redesign during the company's rebrand from Synconext to IQnext, aligning the product experience with the new brand identity
