Co-responsible for part of Lifebuoy portfolio in all the Urban & Rural Markets across India • Attain brand results based on the Annual Plan • Strict compliance to the operational efficiency standard set for the Category • Develop creative market penetration strategies in a new & growing category of Liquid soaps • Adhere to the Brand Marketing Plan during the year •Conduct Pilots & validate business Case of a new Project by providing market relevant inputs

· Make Annual brand plans that define brand strategies, activities relating to brand building, marketing mix and short-term tactical activities on the brand · Planning, designing and implementation of consumer and trade promotions · Brand Communication – Development of communication with Advertising and Media Agency along with Media planning, scheduling and innovations · New Product Launch – concept development and testing, product and packaging development, test market & market launch

· Meeting daily sales targets of different brands within the multi-brand outlet · Visual and graphic designing of merchandise for seasonal window displays · Replenish SKU (Stock Keeping Units)/Stocks by ordering from the Warehouse as required · Cash management & Updating Sales Reports to Head-office at end of the day · Improve inventory management by conducting regular internal stock audits · Improve Brand profitability of the outlet by devising ways to increase turnover on retail space used
