HR Business Partner Role: Leading the regional HR organization, implementation global and regional initiatives, translation of global HR strategy into local action for 400 employees across 9 countries, 17 locations. Navigation of the LATAM organization and HR function through the 2015 oil price crisis.

Responsible for operative HR Management for Colombia, Ecuador, Venezuela, Peru and Bolivia. Focus organizational design and development.
