As a Service Engineer, I installed, maintained, and repaired equipment and machinery, ensuring optimal performance and reliability. I effectively troubleshot and resolved technical issues, conducted routine inspections, and provided comprehensive technical support to clients. My role also involved documenting all work performed, ensuring strict compliance with safety regulations, and training staff on proper equipment operation and maintenance.

I oversaw the implementation of security policies tailored to the country’s specific needs, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. I identified and mitigated country-specific threats, conducted risk assessments, and developed preventive measures. My role involved coordinating with local authorities, managing security incidents, and providing training and awareness programs. I also maintained open communication with the Regional Management Team and ensured the physical of assets and personnel.

Close protection and deputy team leader, I deliver daily client safety briefings and in country (HEAT) Hostile Environment Awareness Training Courses, coordinate and oversee VIP meetings and visits of VIPs. Organization of trips around the country and liaising with Libyan protections units for visits.

Working as a PSD contractor with the Canadian services providers GardaWord in the project of ENKA - Misurata: •Coordinate communications to ensure site safety and security. •Act as liaison in emergency involving ENKA personnel, on or off site. •Initiate and coordinate Emergency Responses as required. •Manage the Control Room functions of monitoring/oversight of vehicular and personnel movement, Site-Security, External Patrols and CCTV-Radio Operators to ensure a cohesive and interlinked picture development.
