I provide customers with solutions including SaaS, P2PE payments, new payment terminals, and terminal management systems. Responsible for multiple programme, project and change outcomes for external and internal clients in the Payments industry. Solution deliveries via both onshore and offshore teams.

- Led the team that delivered a P2PE payment system with full chain-of-custody to the market. - Assembled and led an internal team to rework the Ingenico terminal order entry system to enable recognition by PCI and hence to unlock the delivery of P2PE solutions. - Led the team that delivered Ingenico's Tetra terminal solution to Scandinavian markets. - Introduced an Ingenico MPOS solution to Nordic countries. - Led the team that delivered Ingenico's Tetra terminal solution to Scandinavian markets.

- In person, led the introduction of Ingenico payment terminals and estate management solution to pan-European markets in Poland, Ireland and UK. - Devised and introduced the formal "End of Life" programme for terminals supplied by Ingenico UK to enable clear management of repair and supply processes.

- Led the development and delivery of solutions to a major retailer across Europe. - Managed remote teams. - Drove within Ingenico UK the Service Delivery activity performed under contract to Ingenico Italia, and was accountable to the clients across Europe for the outcomes.
