Managed the Logistics international deployment of On’s circular program – Cyclon - across the UK, US, and Switzerland. Included Vendor and contract management, go-live planning and system testings.

Led a Warehouse Relocation and the ERP Testing Coordination for the first US-based 3PL, specialising in reverse logistic, coordinating essential ERP system testing. This included overseeing comprehensive testing across D2C, B2B, and Retail channels to ensure system readiness.

Amazon DCT7 site, new biggest delivery station at launch date (October 2021) and pioneering with robotic technology. Planning and managing multi-cycle operations, leading a team of shift managers. Upscaled of the national sales portfolio of AIESEC in Spain, with five new products. Part of the Youth4Youth conference team, a three-day event with 100 assistants and forty speakers, with the presence of companies such as Bertelsmann, PwC, EBBF or Google.

General Manager of the local chapter, managing an executive board of five people and 20 team members. Lead the annual strategic planning, downscaling and implementing national strategies. Lead a new partnership with the Chamber of commerce of Sabadell, having AIESEC Bellaterra presence in all the quarterly Export commission.
