- Managing a team of 4 members, handling their E2E time plans, Projects assessment and development slots. - Allocating the projects to the correct team resource based on project complexity, urgency and resource work experience - Managing mid-to-large scale projects around products and services domain integrating with multiple stakeholders and being responsible for solution analysis, solution design, product delivery and specifications

- Act as a solution architect for medium-to-large projects around products and services domain integrating with multiple stakeholders - Carry out and implement the five project management phases: Initiation, Planning, Execution, Controlling, and Closing. - Take full technical responsibility for the solution analysis, specifications, design and delivery - Coaching other team members to enforce their knowledge around the billing chain certainly and BSS applications in general

- Perform the required in-house developments and functional tests - Deal with suppliers on a daily basis to fulfil project’s needs - Validating supplier’s deliverables to make sure it covers the exact project scope - Following up and support the project during the testing and deployment phases - Providing post deployment support - Maintain and support (2nd and 3rd level support) for production issues

Worked in the help desk team, information technology department. This team is responsible of dealing with all the problems that may occur to the computers inside the company and outside like Mobinil shops that are spread all over the country.
