Managing the Italian logistics network, I am responsible of all the inbound and outbound logistics flow, supply chain cost controlling (cost expenditure of 30mln€/y), warehousing (5 regional distribution centers 120K m2) and I also coordinate the demand planning and order-to-cash (OTC) areas (sales budget of 600 Mln€/year).

Reporting to the CEO for the UK I led the local Supply Chain department (11 people in Finance, warehousing and operations team) managing a dedicated budget (£25M/y) and leading various supply chain transformation projects. • Driven logistics flows re-engineering and cost saving campaign (efficiencies achieved at £4M vs PY), • Led the country, in all the Business Units, throughout Covid pandemic and Brexit,

Leading the global transportation planning team (8 people), my responsibilities consisted in managing the international transports flow along the entire Supply Chain network. • Achieved OEM logistic excellence award in 2017 in regards On Time Delivery OTD optimization, • Carried out a logistics’ processes re-engineering in USA activating a new Transport Management System, • Led the project aimed at moving to digital invoicing, transportation and commercial documents.

Creation of the short and long-term scheduling in all the production stages for the factory located in Romania (11mpcs/y) with the target to guarantee forecast coverage and back order recovery. • Led Lean Management project aimed at reducing setup time and increasing the efficiency of +25%.

Inventory and availability planning of the distribution flow from the warehouses in Turkey and Romania to EMEA regional distribution hubs. • Developed a new business tool to monitor back orders recovery and monthly invoiced target achievement
