My major accomplishment consists of 12+ shipped software products including 6 computer games, 4 web services, 2 mobile apps while performing the full cycle of plan- / tracking- / risk- & change management. I ran the software development department being in charge of budget management, salary and payments approval, hiring and staff decisions, pre-sales activities, relationships with customers and management of third-party vendors.

I worked with the corporate sector clients providing them with Point Of Sale payment solutions. Having 35+ subordinate staff, I serviced more than 2500 POS-terminals in more than 1000 retailers.
