In my role I am mainly responsible for: - Business development accross EMEA region - Corporate marketing strategy development - Key Account Management for my selected customers - Partner channel management

- Responsibility for projects management and delivery for consumer finance and direct banking SW products for international bank customers, specialized in Russian and Ukrainian market. - Key member of sourcing team responsible for setting up sourcing strategy and processes. - Responsible for “whole scale” relationship management for strategic SW vendors.

Consulting Project Management Methodology implementation for IT Project Management Office department at customer place. Analyzing customer business requirements for branch automation SW product, modeling business processes, collecting business requirements, creating development center materials onsite at customer place.

As PhD student and Assistant I executed research of offshore and near shore outsourcing and forms of its application in real environment. For support of my research I founded and ran a non-for-profit organization IT Outsourcing Center which cooperated with customer and supplier side organizations.

IT Outsourcing Center was a professional association providing IT outsourcing research and knowledge spread, serving range of professional services and operating dedicated portal. I was responsible for professional association management, covering marketing, HR, consultancy and project management activities.
