I worked for a month in the insurance company called ASSITECA. My main duties as a Receptionist were to answer phone calls, answer emails, welcome guests who came to the office and sort the mail.

I worked for Arvato Bertelsmann for eight months. I started working for the for a European Programme called EU Gateway, cofinanced by the European Commision, whose purpose was to help companies to expand their markets in Asian countries. When the programme came to an end in July 2020, my collegues and I started working as customer service agents for e-commerce shops.

I worked for four months as Front Office Receptionist in a hotel in Menorca, Spain. My main duties were related to check-ins , check-outs, gave support to guests who came to the hotel, handle possible complaints, explain the facilities of the hotel and the surroundings. If needed i also booked trips and cars for them

I worked for two years as a part-time teacher in the Regina Mundi school in Milan. I started working as a tutor to help children with their homework and while i was working there i started substituting my collegues if needed. The next year I substituted another teacher while her maternity leave. I contoinued tutoring the children and i was also one of the responsibles for the art laboratories.

The languages i studied were English and Spanish and the relared literatures. My final thesis title was " How the english was taught in Italy durting the 60s."
