Coordinate the creation and validation of technical documentation for Volkswagen de México’s After-sales Department. • Carried out the technical research of the contents of manuals for Volkswagen vehicles according to IEC 82079-1. • Quoted, sold, edited and translated the Self Study Program 559 into various languages. • Presented, at the end of the Self Study Program 559 project’s execution, earnings before interest and taxes greater than 30%. The value of the project was approximately 72,900 USD.

Coordinate a team of external advisors to support the release of serial production, through the approval of the process audit according to VDA 6.3 by Audi México. The scope of the project is glazing for Audi Q5 (AU426). • I was the only interviewed candidate able to pass the technical interviews of the customer. • Selected and trained team members on technical documentation for the audit. • Earned the customer's trust by coordinating the team's activities until the customer successfully passed the audit.

Create technical documentation (owner's manuals) for Volkswagen de México’s After-sales Department. • Established cordial interpersonal relationships with customers in Mexico and with co-workers in Wolfsburg, for the successful transfer of activities to Mexico. • Acquired the necessary know-how and researched technical information together with the team at EDAG Wolfsburg to subsequently attract new projects to EDAG’s branch in Mexico.
