Manage relationship with key stakeholders in European Divisions. Accountable for ensuring that strategic and tactical IT initiatives are established for business; directing the execution of a portfolio of projects supporting all activities, and acting as the IT business partner to the leaders of the business. Accountabilities also include managing the customer relationship on all aspects of IT service-delivery, including applications and infrastructure services.

As a Business IT Leader for central and eastern Europe I am enabling the growth throughout the region. Technology nowadays is the basic layer for conducting any business and can give an competitive advantage which has to be leveraged. Translating the needs from our divisions into advancing IT solutions is the main focus in this area.

Future proved Slovakian business operations by implementing modern ERP system. Led development of supply chain data management tool to create visibility of global supply chain warehouse data. July 2014 – July 2016 assignment in Ecolab Iberia, Barcelona. Led integration of global HR BPO tool with identity management system and harmonized employee onboarding. Shaped IT PMO as active member of the European IT Centre of Excellence.
