As the Head of Visual Analytics, International, I work closely with business partners to define, plan, and execute the organizational strategy for commercial analytics solutions, with a focus on front-end development.

Baxalta is a biopharmaceutical carve-out from its parent company, Baxter International, with a core focus in hematology, oncology, and immunology. As a Project Manager within the EMEA PMO, I work closely with business partners to define, plan, and execute the post-carve-out strategy for commercial excellence.

Together with a team of industry and technical experts, I deliver pre-transaction assessments, IT strategy and roadmaps, and post-transaction technical implementations, including: - PMO Technical Lead, ERP Implementation, $1B+ Healthcare Provider M&A - PMO Technical Lead, Budgeting System Implementation, $1B+ Healthcare Provider M&A - Lead Developer, EDW Merger Integration, $1B+ Healthcare Provider M&A - Lead Developer, Enterprise Data Warehouse Implementation, $500M+ PE/Healthcare Provider

Through the generosity of West Monroe Partners, I traveled to Cape Coast, Ghana to design and implement sustainable, affordable, and durable IT infrastructure. I worked closely with the Aboom Methodist School, one of Ghana's only schools with computer and networking hardware, to solve complex problems the school faces as one of Ghana's leaders in IT education.
