After several years of management work in IT I can say, that I love to build and support IT processes not less, than writing old good code. My key targets in leadership are: - troubleshooting for my team - building transparent interaction between IT and business users - deliver useful products to users I've successfully build several teams and won't stop on this. The main idea in my team is to bring value for business, reduce downtimes and errors and automate more and more routine jobs. Work should inspire and give new experience to my team. I don't really trust in the role of "playing coach". Good IT manager should know how to balance the load between his team memebers instead of doing their job by his own. But it doesn't mean, that IT manager shouldn't work with proof of concepts and high level solutions. In my free time I'm coaching on platform Otus.ru.
