Short terms hiring fullstack team for web development.FTE of my Team grew up from 5 to 30+. Building and fixing R&D processes. Relocation AWS based pack of applications to Russia with further support and development. Budget optimization (Infra/R&D expences have been reduced for 30%) Launch the brand new WebShop in parallel with existing one. Contract and interaction with remote development team, based in Vietnam. Cost control and budgeting for Operational expences of IT dept.
