1. Interact with clients and their representatives throughout the on boarding phase and KYC process; 2. Respond to customer inquiries with the requested business and product information; 3. Engage with allocated clients to foster and strengthen relationships, serving as their primary liaison for all inquiries and escalations; 4. Conduct research to identify new markets in the allocated area;

1. Manage account opening and onboarding process for both prospects and existing clients. Document client profiles for on boarding purposes; 2. Review legal and account opening documentation to determine whether it meets regulatory and internal policies to open or maintain an account; 3. Update account documentation within the role of managing client periodic review process; 4. Maintain close contact with clients as part of coverage and provide execution services of all kinds of transaction services

1. Prepare client KYC analysis and work with Front Office to obtain updated KYC and any related documentation; 2. Enter client due diligence data into various systems and databases; 3. Identify clients posing higher risk through adverse media screening.

1. Establishment and development of long-term relationships with foreign financial institutions; 2. Liaison with foreign (EU, US, China) banks on issues related to payment processing and settlement ; 3. Respond to internal account/transaction related enquiries and provide solution; 4. Support of client payment requests from correspondent banks (LORO/NOSTRO accounts); 5. Investigations, resolving daily cases related to payment execution, communication with correspondent bank about the payment status.
