- Sale of products through Tele-Sales - Setting Programming wish different clients - Realization of polls for companies in Germany - Offer quick and to the point solutions to customers, based on a knowledgebase of previous incidents and approved incident resolutions - Use questioning and listening skills that support effective telephone communication. - Apply the elements of building positive rapport with different types of customers over the phone.
