- Responsible to monitor the PtP Process in the DACH Region - Active support of the internal/external customers (Provisioning, Accounts Payable, Master Data and Travel and Expenses) - Support of projects to introduce new systems and tools and ensure the company best practices - Analysis of Key Figures and design of actions plans - Active interface between the customers and the PtP Shared Centers - First point of contact for escalation of complex queries (complaints, urgent requests) - Training delivery

- Posting FI and MM documents - Review AP documents according to company's policies and procedures - Conduct research and answer to customer and vendor inquires: late, non payment, claims, complaints - Solve complex problems, perform root cause analysis and identify process improvements - Support period end and closing activities - Support travel expenses queries - Perform routine reports (intercompany, vendors and accruals reconciliation) - Delivery of training for new comers

- Management of Payroll activities and work contracts - Stock management - Posting of invoices and receipts - Employee Payments - Bank reconciliation
