Preparation of dismantling and building of Electrostatic Precipitators of 6 units in Poland. management of the planning part for a tendering phase of a project followed by the Polish offices. Update of reference schedule for the construction of power plants called "Steam" (coal and oil). Development of a guide to use the reference planning in the development of new projects. Realization of the Master Time Schedule for the construction of the coal power plant Rybnik (Poland)

Responsible of the transfer (in term of quality and security) between erection and commissioning teams, for all the systems installed in Ghannouch (Tunisia) combine cycle Gas Turbine

Elaboration of a reference's planning for steam power plant (Coal & Oil). Development of a standard project with Primavera P3, integrating the experiences of other projects. Work realized with the Engineering, Procurement and Construction's departments of ALSTOM Power.
