Within TAG HEUER Commercial Operations Europe in charge of +420 POS (retail, wholesale, duty-free) Goal: Improve Forecasting (Novelties, Permanents), Allocations, Sales (Sell-Out) and Stock Management (Min/ Max; Stock-turn) Tasks: Create & harmonize KPIs and reporting and management tools (SAP, Salesforce, Excel). Leading deployment of new Retail Software Wins: Reports are quick to maintain and update, self-sufficient, accurate and reproducible (not manually handled anymore)

Wins: - Project was completed successfully with high level of commitment from all parties, despite its challenging and delicate nature - Increased transparency and shared knowledge toward best practices & method improvement - Infrastructure savings €1.000K (-15%), production maintenance savings €50K/ year (-10%)

Within Engine&Locomotive purchasing department – Part of Project Management Office Tasks: Build a new cost-model to clarify and benchmark suppliers’ Request of Quotation Wins: Identified economic and technical cost drivers (innovation, materials, labor) and delivered an automatic, reliable and user friendly tool

Within procurement department – In charge of supplying raw material and goods for the company Goal: Process optimization: Certify all strategic suppliers follow group best-practices policies and are compliant with local social standards Tasks: Initiate and monitor a campaign of social audits towards company’s strategic suppliers Worldwide Wins: 100% strategic suppliers audited, actions taken accordingly. Created a social evaluation procedure for new contractors
