Resolve license related inquiries while ensuring compliance with existing license management policies and procedures. Helping the customers, via phone or Email, to retrieve their license files and helping them manage their license portfolio. Build strong partnerships with PTC resellers. Processing the license transfers from one customer/country to another. Maintain the integrity and accuracy of licensing database and support the reconciliation of customer accounts information.

Working closely with the sales team from Germany to establish the pricing levels for every SFDC quote and deal. Creating the gross margin analysis for all the deals and quotes. Engaging weekly in the financial forecast calls with all the managers team from Germany, for a better understanding of the financial situation of Aruba. Training new comers and helping them through the process of learning the procedures, applications and HPE tools

Providing partner assistance on pricing related queries via email/phone for indirect route to market. Proactive engage with HPE partners to follow up on open or unfinished requests. Perform operational activities that lead to quote approvals and closure (sales validation, deal submissions, backlog management, products approvals). Act as first point of contact for regular, ongoing HP partner queries. Always kept in touch with the German sales and management team.

Ensuring the smooth operation of the editorial department, coordinating the online process and the delivering of the final materials (deliverables), scheduling and coordinating color grading sessions, managing the administration of the department including post production accounting and final delivery paperwork, organizing final post production related documents, coordinating the proper storage of final video and audio masters and offline editorial materials.
