While working in the User and Application Support department, I was part of 3 different teams, carrying out activities related to various applications and offering IT support for Pirelli employees worldwide via email or over the phone in English, Spanish, Romanian and Italian. I’ve been given the opportunity to work as part of international teams and in a multi-customer support environment. 1. Network Station Management; 2. SAP SRM Support; 3. Success Factors Support.

As the Director of the Event Programming Department, I was in charge of leading the team that would plan and carry out different types of events for students. Organized over 30 events, entertained over 500 people. I was also the Master of Ceremonies for most of the events that took place at OSCEC in the past 4 years. Throughout the years, we’ve had a partnership with a team from the United States of America, which is still ongoing and implies continuous communication and teamwork.

During my time at Close to YOUth, I was one of the 3 leading English trainers, who would come up with relevant and ingenious ways of teaching English to children from ages 5 to 8. Besides our regular English classes, we would have monthly planning meetings, but also separate meetings for our special parents-children events: Christmas, Mother’s Day, Easter, etc. Providing monthly written feedback to the parents regarding their children’s progress.
