Establish Customer Service Dept. in Moscow (2 persons). Forster of effective team (hiring of employees, roles and responsibilities assignment). Acceptance of customer's order. Control of prices and customer's credit-limit. Submission of the order into production. Order confirmation, monitoring of production, quality control and logistics. Order-management in SAP from order entry till delivery to the customer. Short- and long-term forecasting. Analysis of stocks and lead-time of current orders. Minimization of inventory and production lead-time. Customers support regarding optimal logistic scheme and cost. Claim processing.

Supply of apparel, shoes and accessories from Europe, brands: Hermes, J.M.Weston, Sonya Rykel.Supply of jewellery articles from Europe for retail sales (customs clearance, approbation) and exhibitions (temporary import procedure), brands: Hermes, Chaumet, Dior. Daily communication with supplier regarding a production and a shipment execution. Master data creation and maintenance. Coaching and mentoring of newcomers. Monthly stock analysis and inventory control.
