Performed an analysis of system integration and IT consulting in ex-USSR countries. Defined IT-service management automation software packages for finance and insurance companies (Service Desk and Project Management Office automation) based on ITIL and PMBOK methodologies. 16 analytical articles and reviews were published in business-oriented journals and anthologies. Acted as a lecturer on seminars devoted to IT and system integration issues.

United STRABAG Russia network segments into one large network hub. Prepared contracts with telecom providers and LAN developers. Transferred IT-service processes to 3rd party service providers.
