Reporting to EMEA Account Head located in Germany and leading a team of 6 direct + 45 indirect reports. Scope: Developed and implemented business strategies tailored to the Turkish and Egyptian markets, aligning with BASF's overall corporate objectives by leading sales, technical service, and production functions. Conducted thorough market research to identify opportunities for growth, assess competitive landscapes, and understand local customer needs.

Reporting to Development Director. Leading a team of 4 direct + 28 indirect and 10 extern reports Scope: Hold global responsibility, overseeing all aspects of product development and innovation in this area covering strategic planning and execution, ensuring that our projects align with demands and organizational goals. In charge of budget planning and project management by collaborating with cross-functional teams to facilitate seamless communication and integration throughout the development process.
