Manage three Mechanical Engineering teams

-Coordinate activities of team in line with ADAS Business Units strategy and expectations, quality standards, process requirements and the defined timeline. -Responsible for technical solutions of the team -Provide/ approve work packages estimations or quotes -Plan and monitor the execution of all activities/ tasks in order to meet due dates according to clients requirements. -Mentor and/coach team members, on technical topics in order to obtain expected project results. -Support hiring

Support customers to integrate Continental ADAS product (Emergency Bracke Assist sensors, based on infrared) in their vehicle.

Manage specific documentation for Automotive Industry (work instruction, BOM, control plan, FMEA, process flow, plant layout) -Do technical specification for new equipment. -Keep the contact with the equipment suppliers, track the equipment development. -Ensure the integration of new equipment in plant layout. -Technical support for maintenance and continuous improvement team activity. -Responsible for programming CNC wire and tube bending machines. -Design tool, devices and gauges using CATIA V5

Worked in department of mechanical design for injection mold (CAD: UNIGRAPHICS NX4), design specific components for preform injection molds (3D modeling and 2D drawings) and perform Top Load, Drop Tests and Hot Fill simulation on PET bottle using specifics CAE tool Dytran Patran and Marc. Worked in department of mechanical design for machinery (CAD-SOLID EDGE). Design various component for PET bottle machine (welded and machined parts).Manage the documentation for drawings and 3D models using PLM.
