Heading a team of five Relationship Managers and 6 Customer Support Staff, responsible for acquisition of new customers (mainly large German corporations) as well as being responsible for a larger number of existing large clients. Hence, leadership combined with client responsibility.

Senior Relationship Manager and Global Cash Manger, Danske Bank in Hamburg. Main focus was towards acquiring new large German corporate clients. But also servicing existing Large German Corporate Clients and Scandinavian Subsidiaries.

Deputy General Manager and Head of Corporate Banking at Sydbank in Hamburg. The area of responsibility was to take care of the existing corporate clients, to boost business, develop a dedicated Corporate Costumer Department and to increase the level of expertise by the employees in said area.

Account Manager in Danske Bank, Hamburg Branch with responsibility for Scandinavian clients with activities in Germany. As the bank acquired Östgöta Enskilda Bank also responsible for “testing” the Swedish market and later, as the bank took over Fokus Bank, also for the Norwegian market.

Deputy Branch Manager in Enghave Branch, 13 employees. Private advisor for VIP-clients and responsible for the corporate customers in the branch, primarily SME’s.

Account Manager, Corporate Banking in Herstedøster Branch, primarily responsible for SME’s and a number of large corporate clients. In the time span from January 1989 to June 1989, I worked in our Frankfurt Branch as a trainee.
