I am responsible for creating and maintaining our new design system (getting ready for a redesign). My primary goal is to establish consistent and cohesive visual and interactive patterns that can be incorporated into an existing product with help of my fellow teammates: developers, designers, managers and analytics.

Social network APP | By improving the design of posts, increased user engagement and the number of subscriptions by 560%. Followed a lean design process: research, design, test, and iterate. Reviewed the test task of candidates, started educational design meetups. Communicated with managers of different levels and worked in tandem with an analyst to conduct a retrospective analysis.

Entertainment TV channel | I worked on the visual design of TV programs and the design of corporate and marketing events aimed at attracting investors. Prepared important presentations for the general director of the TV channel in a short time

Marketing agency | Took part in creating design concepts of corporate events held by Rostec and Skolkovo and corporate identity projects. Prepared all materials for printing and communicated with manufacturers, different levels of management and clients.

Web Design studio | Development of design concepts for landings, drawing small graphics on the existing concept (icons, banners, pop-ups, additional pages), animation of the webpage layout for presentation to the client.
