Effectively analyzed the physicochemical and the microbiological proprieties of fresh raw milk. Controlled and monitored milk manufacturing process Quality Assurance (QA): Ensured the quality of dairy products to meet the standard requirements.

Quality Control (QC): Controlled processes and coordinated the analysis of raw materials, intermediary and finished products. Maintaining GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) compliant facilities: ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations. Carried out sample stability analyses, equipment calibration and cleaning the facilities.
