Lead, monitor and audit Taiwanese ODM subcontractor starting from an earlier feasibility phase focusing on production process development using the Six Sigma methodologies and tools to improve the safety, quality and yield of mass production processes. In charge of the subcontractor training workshops in terms of: Design development methodologies, proper documentation record, traceability and risk assessment procedures.

* Recruited, hired, built and managed a team of electronics engineers in the R&D department. * Developed and implemented effective electronics development procedures. * Was Part of the middle management and core team in the company. * Took the lead of electronics development and engineering projects. * Ensured compliance with the relevant FDA and EU standards. * Managed the prototype assembly production line process in house and later on also for mass production by OEM subcontractor.

* Developed mixed analog and digital circuit boards of the Insulin pump: o Pure digital Hardware based on embedded MCUs ,CPLDs and memories including developing in VHDL o Hardware-software interfaces and MCU low level operation modes. o Power management and motor controlling o Very low current sensitive signals and 2.4Ghz RF design o Complex high density and miniature rigid-flex boards. * Electronic Components engineering

Designed electronics boards from scratch of mixed analog and digital circuits in the video field: o Embedded FPGA design o VHDL code design to drive low level video protocols o PSPICE simulation o Power management boards o Motor driver and controller * Lead on multidisciplinary projects which included Mechanics, Optics, Physics, Hardware and Software and supported the customer during integration phase.
