Responsibilities • IT help desk support with asset management (ServiceDesk Plus) • Support of self-service password management for Active Directory (ADSelfService Plus) • IT operations analytics tools support (Analytics Plus) • Desktop management software support ( Desktop Central) • Windows Server installation and configuration • Active Directory identity management • Database installation and management: Microsoft SQL Server, PostgreSQL • Identifying and resolving the technical issues of the clients

• Providing pre-sales technical assistance • Meeting regular sales targets • Offering after-sales support services

• Identifying, diagnosing, and resolving technical issues • Installation, integration and configuration of computer hardware • Troubleshooting and resolving issues reported to the help desk • Procurement, inventory and asset management of IT equipment • Administration of user accounts, computers and access rights in Microsoft Active Directory • Support, advice, and training for users • Optimization of IT documentation and escalation management based on defined SLAs

• Installing and troubleshooting computer hardware and peripheral • Troubleshooting and solving IT problems • Providing technical support across the company • Conducting IT training courses for internal employees • Opening computers and remove data carriers • Providing remote technical support via internet or phone • Installing new technologies and teaching end users how to operate them • Ensuring and communicating group-wide IT security guidelines

• Assembling and disassembling computers • Tracking and solving user requests via a ticketing system • Participation in on-call issues and travel to other branch offices • Backing up and restoring files • Cooperation with external suppliers based on clear communication regarding technical issues • Installation, maintenance and support of IT components
