- Assist customer in the CNC part/project procurement and ensure final delivery - Conduct (RFQ´s) for complex and re-order parts/projects - Price negotiation with suppliers based on regular order and re-order - Analyze and select suppliers based on their key performance indicators - Regional and global quote comparison - Process invoice / PO in line with final negotiation with selected suppliers - Documentation, order processing, and capacity planning

- Planning of procurement strategies, including "make/buy" decisions - Supplier selection and negotiation for mechanical components - Performance management - quality, delivery, and cost - Partner with suppliers in order to have a constant supply of popular inventory components - Explain technical requirements to internal buyers and suppliers - Apply different negotiation strategies in line with selected suppliers to reduce the price

- Expert in planning, scheduling and control of finished goods in terms of product lead time - Processing and monitoring production orders and coordinating delivery dates via ERP system - Planning of manpower, machine allocation and order sequencing - Implementation of process optimization to improve product quality and productivity -Assist purchasing team in potential supplier selection for special requirement commodity - Provide technical support on design requirements of critical components to supplier
