Here I am responsible for: o Helped in managing end-to-end recruitment cycle for International hiring demand (USA and Canada). o Manage the Candidate Application Flow (Airtable) - Manage communication throughout the hiring process, from initial identification to offer acceptance. o CV shortlisting, scheduling, and conducting screening calls and HR interviews for Senior Technical Software Engineers.

o Communicating with hiring managers to identify hiring needs. o Posting job descriptions to relevant media platforms. o Participating in meetings to determine preferred attributes for potential hires. o Sourcing candidates through various professional platforms. o Screening applicants to assess their skills, qualifications, and experience. o Conducting telephonic interviews with shortlisted candidates to gauge their interests, personality, and salary requirements.
