Alexion is known for taking on devastating diseases and fighting for patients who are ignored and overlooked; I contribute to leadership in such areas of talent acquisition as recruitment process, related employment laws and regulations, employer brand and referrals, operational and performance metrics, recruitment analytics, and technologies. I am also responsible for the design, launch and maintenance of sourcing capabilities as part of Alexion's talent pipelining strategies.

In this role I worked with the EMEA & APAC HR teams and hiring managers and was responsible for talent acquisition services ensuring Alexion hires the most talented people and enables the growth in the region. I led recruitment activities on assigned projects often business-critical and/ or leadership roles, across all functions of the business.
