Recruitment lead for our CBRE GWS Local Europe business group across EMEA, supporting the leadership team across the region in senior leadership recruitment (current & future talent pipelining), as well as acting as the functional recruitment lead in all aspects of recruitment. The GWS Local Europe business group comprises includes over 15 countries including the Nordics, Ireland, France, The Netherlands, Spain, Portugal, Italy, Israel, Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia and Switzerland.

Responsible for the EMEA Talent Acquisition function for the Global Workplace Solutions business, reporting to the VP for HR for EMEA. Leading an in-house Talent Acquisition team in the UK and overall EMEA responsibility. Responsible for hiring senior positions into the business.

Responsible for pipeline resourcing for Johnson Controls, Global WorkPlace Solutions at middle/senior levels across the UK & EMEA. This involves recruiting for our future growth and identifying future talent for key senior management positions across EMEA in line with Global WorkPlace Solutions (GWS) business development pursuits and new business wins.

My roles at AMS have included assignments with Novartis, Barclays and Ericsson. All roles have focused around driving the end to end recruitment process and a direct hiring recruitment model.
