Managing the hiring process, (introducing personnel information into the system- Success Factors and SAP HR module- and preparing the labor contracts and signing the documents with the employees); Preparing the monthly additional acts to be signed by the employees, according to the Romania legislation (workload, salary, job titles, work period changes, etc); Offering HR reports and legal support and solutions on administration topics; Giving HR presentations in the Induction days for the new employees.

Managing the recruiting activity for local needs (Timisoara production plant); Managing job evaluation processes for new positions that appear in the organisation, for all Draexlmaier production plants in Romania; Managing the payroll activity for 700 employees (introducing, medical certificates, bonuses, checking time sheets, calculating salaries, elaborating monthly declarations for the Local Authorities, etc.); Elaborating payroll and personnel monthly reports and statistics.
