Ana Carretie Herrero

Research experience in forest biodiversity projects across Germany and China, focusing on insect sampling and identification (wild bees, wasps, lepidoptera), pesticide effects, and literature synthesis. Field and lab work conducted within international research teams, including the BEF-China experiment.

Collaborated on a project aimed at enhancing flood resilience and promoting sustainable water resource management. Managed large datasets in Excel and analyzed biochemical water parameters using Statgraphics to assess their effects on aquatic fauna.

Main focus: Practical and theoretical training in research methods, including fieldwork, data collection, and statistical analysis, with an emphasis on forest ecology, conservation biology, and wildlife management.
