Monitoring of the financial progress of the projects implemented under IPA, reviewing the reports prepared by the contractors/grant beneficiaries, verification of the expenditures declared if they are incurred for the project’s purposes and proven with relevant supporting document, coming to a decision for their costs’ eligibility as per IPA regulations. Execution of the payments to the domestic and foreign contractors, management of accounts, forecasting the cash-flows, financial reporting.

Recording and monitoring the collection of claims from regular debtors, debtors over whom an enforcement procedure or bankruptcy procedure has been initiated, timely admission of lawsuits, activation of enforcement documents, mortgages and pledges for forced collection of claims, preparation of analyses, reports and claim’s status information, write-off or conversion of claims into equity, calculation of interest according to the national legislation

- A theoretical module which includes mathematics and accounting exams, discussion sessions with experts and managers of the bank, real-life case studies, role play, projects and presentations with aim to develop interpersonal skills, critical and analytical thinking - A practical module (on job training with mentor)

- Preparing the documentation for applying and issuing of debit and credit cards
