-Implementing and controlling Credit Control Policies in South Europe countries -Constitute credit control systems, following receivables on daily base -Mapping Charts of Accounts for each country -Controlling all financial and sales reports in all awarded countries -Preparing of Business Plan layout for the Group -Preparing Cash Flow management layouts -Controlling and preparing Monthly Forecasts, supports Budgeting and Business Planning for all countries -Leading team of nine persons

-Preparing Business Plan, Budget, Forecasts for two technical departments and four financial departments -Reporting (monthly reporting & analyses, Opex and Capex report per departments) -Decision support (Business cases for all six departments) -Supporting planning processes in resp. Department -Analyses of monthly and planning results, actual versus Forecast or Budget -Produce profitability and risk reports for new product designs -Prepare Business cases for every promotion

-Prepare monthly P&L -Supports the annual consolidated budgeting process -Prepare monthly sales report (sales per canal of distribution, per market and customer, product and category profitability reports...) -Prepare, review, analyze and interpret financial and budgetary reports -Analyze trended, actual to budget and forecast results -Perform ad hoc analysis as required
