Led 7+ client engagements, entailing product strategy development and execution for diverse clients, driving market entry and revenue growth across EMEA and APAC regions, collaborating with 40+ CXOs in the public and private sectors. Developed Product Innovation Strategies for leading organizations, resulting in the successful launch of two Minimum Viable Ecosystems and accelerated innovation and product development cycles. Mentored 20+ intrapreneurs and entrepreneurs on product-led growth strategies.

Led strategic engagements in MENA and APAC regions – collaborated with 10+ C-Suite Leaders to develop opportunities and manage execution around product strategy, operating model, solution blueprint, and venture blueprint offerings. Executed 1 product blueprint and 1 high-impact corporate venture blueprint (~£8.4m) in EMEA including development of North Star, product strategy, value propositions, GTM plans, business and commercial models, technical feasibility reports, and 100-day venture launch plans.

Aligned IT & Digital Strategy and steered transformation across 5 LOBs with 25+ Lean initiatives at Al-Futtaim that aimed at new product development, leaner & agile ways of working, and development cost reduction ~AED 1m ($300K USD). Established clear metrics to measure performance and progress; monitored execution of transformation initiatives across EIT. Spearheaded the org. transformation with product & PMO teams to establish Spotify style Agile squads driving 3x faster product development.

Accelerated growth of healthcare product portfolio by crafting the payer-provider-government (PPG AMESA) Strategy and drove the transformation program over 18 months across the UAE, Oman, India, and Singapore. Established an operating model in 6 months that supports client-centric and agile product development aligned with the organisational strategy, impacting annual revenue of $34m. Designed a strategic innovation framework for driving product-led growth and strategised a roadmap for implementation.

Designed and instituted enterprise innovation framework for Al-Futtaim aligned to the Automotive Strategy as per the mandate of Group Transformation and in close collaboration with the CTO. Managed corporate innovation accelerator / idea management program ‘IGNITE’ with over 8k+ online employees and 20k offline employees. Established innovation/idea management platform by collaborating with coaches across BUs realising 30+ high-impact ideas and net cost savings/annual revenue impact of AED 8m ($2.17m).

Led enterprise BPM consulting projects over 9+ years for several clients across government, energy, IT, healthcare, banking, construction and retail sectors. Steered 3 QMS projects, facilitated improvement workshops, evaluated the impact of organisational changes and identified strategic areas of improvement for clients across departments and functions. Managed BPR projects (utilising BPMN) and implemented policy frameworks and management systems based on international standards and best practices.

Worked as part of GSD, Global Technology Infrastructure at JP Morgan Chase Bank, Bangalore, India. Managed 100+ high-impact incidents, problems and collaborated with the Infrastructure team to track, analyze, resolve, escalate and accurately address various critical incidents across the bank. Supported core applications based on the ITIL framework and provided application support to over 15 JP Morgan Chase global teams.

Handled application support for AOL software, as part of the Member Services team in Bengaluru, India. Trained and mentored new consultants on application support based on ITIL framework.
