KPIs for Green Mobility Services with Continuous Improvement approach •Objective of the Challenge: Evaluate and devise intelligent strategies for reducing environmental impact in MaaS (Mobility as a Service) and multimodal field.

I played a pivotal role in overseeing the ongoing projects, ensuring their successful implementation. This involved studying detailed drawings on AutoCAD and meticulously planning the activities involved. I developed comprehensive Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) using MS Project, facilitating clear task management and resource allocation. By utilizing Waterfall and Agile methodologies, I ensured efficient and organized execution of activities.

I was entrusted with composing technical reports on Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and documenting corresponding activities. Efficient inventory management was another key aspect of my responsibilities. I successfully maintained optimal inventory levels and reduced discrepancies through the effective utilization of SAP. Furthermore, I established strong relationships with the internal production and supply chain teams, formalizing working processes and implementing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
