- Management of applications for maintenance organizations located outside the European Union and performing a second eligibility check; - Collaboration with the technical staff for the review of applications; - Communication and cooperation with the applications handling department while the applications are being processed; - Issue and send approval certificates to organizations in the United States; - Preparation and dispatch of letters for sampling visits findings and for other procedures.

- Implementation of the Trade Marketing activities in the specified area and the management of point of buying materials. - Maximization of the availability, visibility and attractiveness of Mondelez products in shops. - Negotiation with the Clients in order to improve the products space at the shelf and to create permanent secondary placements. - Prevention of out of stock situations, by getting involved in the command process.

- Attending presentations of speakers and of managers of companies such as Philips, L’ORÉAL, EY, Vodafone, Unilever, BRD - Groupe Sociéte Générale regarding personal branding, leadership and the generation Y; - Participation at the “Build your job search tool” panel discussion with representatives from the companies Philips, Vodafone, Hilti and BRD – Groupe Société Générale; - Participation at a Business Game Simulation; - Participation at L’ORÉAL workshop and solving a case study.

- Attending presentations of managers of brands such as L’ORÉAL, Ursus Breweries, Unilever, Google and Orange concerning innovative marketing strategies of their companies; - Participating at the workshop “Connecting the dots” organized by Orange and discussing about new career development ideas; - Participating at the workshop “Meet Gerard Chandran” - Manager of Mondelez International Romania and knowing the culture and the strategy of the company.

- Coordination and preparation of the activities Francophones stories and Francophone soiree within the Festival "The Days of the Francophone Student"; - Composing and writing press releases to promote the 10th anniversary of the association and the humanitarian project "Show that you care"; - Partial translation in French of the Guide of the External Relations department and the folder of the festival "The Days of the Francophone Student"; - Participation in meetings and drafting the minutes.

- Presentation and promotion of savings accounts for children. - Promotion of the Raiffeisen cards for students and for retired persons. - Presentation of the benefits package for the payment of wages and overdrawn accounts.
