Pre-Sales activities for Power Systems for IBM Switzerland.

I am working closely with the Sales Executive of the Global Accounts in Switzerland. Main tasks include: - Support to the Global Accounts by driving the Operational processes (Account Planning, Quota Setting) and weekly Forecasting - Functional manager of 3 back office sales support assistants: time spent by Sales on non customer facing activities has been reduced to 6h per week per sales rep - Lead for the Forecast process, driving weekly meetings with BU leads and Account Managers

Involvement in projects and processes of the NSN IT Strategy & Development department. My tasks were primarily about the facilitation and definition of a process to measure satisfaction of customers of NSN IT. Besides, I was involved in a project about harmonization of reports within IT, working with Deloitte consultants. I was also responsible of selection and hiring of new trainees in NSN IT as well as in other partner sectors.
