• Strategic development and architecture of a Salesforce Sales Cloud environment, operative administration in Salesforce Lightning, creation and management of profiles, permission sets, reports, dashboards, sales processes, record types and automations (workflows, process builder, flows) • Implementation of Salesforce Health Cloud incl. Field Service Lightning for a German medtech company, optimization of order processing and staff planning

• Continuously evaluating overall workflow, equipment, processes, and personnel to ensure resources are optimized for maximum efficiency • Lead in testing and rollout of new Dental Laboratory Software “Evident” in order to optimize lab processes and productivity • Identify future training needs and create a curriculum to facilitate that training • Setting up hardware and installing and configure dental imaging software and drivers
