Deliver Data Centre services and solutions ensuring compute room remain available, consistent and secure. Manage data center capacity to meet demands of new business and growth. Support ITIL and other accreditation initiatives that affect the Data Centers. Demonstrate a commitment towards continuous business improvement by regularly reviewing the Data Centre processes and their alignment with industry best practice. Manage Local Delivery Team.

PM for Data Center specific projects, i.e. DC Network improvement/refresh, new Data Center and Data Center move.

Responsible to build, run and develop a local data center operation team that is interacting globally with monitoring teams mainly in Spain and India while acting locally. - Team Management - Budget responsibility - Process and procedure development

During the transition and transformation program following a global outsourcing deal responsible for server centralization in Switzerland. Assess the entire server infrastructure and develop a migration/virtualization plan in agreement with the client.

Member of an internal workgroup to evaluate sourcing oportunities. Under none disclosure agreement, responsible to document Data Center Operations, Disaster Recovery and Monitoring capabilities to produce a Request for Proposal (RFP). Evaluated chosen vendors in internal workshops as well as in yellow pad sessions on their service offerings based on the RFP.

As a member of the EU IT Operations Management Team mainly responsible to provide best class availability of Zurich's strategic platforms mainframe, Midrange (Unix, iSeries) and Wintel in a cost effective manner. Running dedicated servers for specific applications, shared environments and maintain peripheral infrastructure (e.g. Storage environments). Managing 3 team leads with a total of 30 employees. Budget responsibility.

Provide best class availability of Midrange Platform.
